eSIM – what is it and how does it work?
The eSIM technology is also known as a digital SIM card, electronic card, or virtual card. It is a convenient and flexible solution. You can learn more about it in the video below.
How to activate eSIM?

Not all smartphones have a built-in eSIM chip. However, some of them are equipped to support this technology - these are eSIM ready models. In this case, a special card with an eSIM chip will be needed to activate the eSIM service, which must be installed in the phone beforehand. The myPhone N23 5G phone uses this solution.
How to do it?
1. Take the card with the eSIM chip and break out the chip.
2. Find the SIM tray on your phone and remove it.
3. Insert the eSIM chip into the tray for slot number 1 (according to the instructions included with the phone). From now on, the phone is ready to support eSIM.
4. Turn on the phone and make sure it is connected to the network.
5. Go to the phone settings and select "Cellular/eSIM settings."
6. Follow the instructions on the phone.
7. Scan the barcode received from the operator and follow the further instructions.
